Our human bodies have a reflex called the mammalian dive reflex. when we immerse ourselves into the water and hold our breath, our bodies slowly adapts to let us survive longer without the supply of oxygen. Humans have learned to control this reflex for centuries as coastal societies have dived into the water in search of pearls, sponge and for sunken treasures. Freediving has also been prevalent in Kerala for unearthing crustaceans and other bottom-dwelling fish.
Freediving is a sport that derives itself from these practices. You explore the depths of the ocean with nothing but fins, goggles and occasionally a wet suit. freediving lets you control your body while you brave the pressure and depth of the deep blue sea. Freediving certification is provided by our company alone in Kerala.
